To groom your pet, find a quiet time and place. Before using the tool, remove tangles or mats with the deMatte FURminator® adjustable rake or the Grooming Rake coarse hair rake.

STEP 2:

Gently brush your pet's coat in the direction the hair grows. Start at your pet's head and work your way backwards, taking special care near the stomach, paws, genitals and anus. Avoid making too many passes in one area, as this could irritate your pet's coat and skin.
