Urinary tract disease in dogs is often caused by the formation of mineral-based crystals and stones in the urinary tract that can cause discomfort, bloody urine and even life-threatening obstruction. For dogs, struvite crystals generally cause urinary tract disease. Prescription Diet™ s/d™ has been formulated by veterinarians to help resolve struvite crystals and stones in your dog. Struvite forms as a result of urine that's saturated with protein, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium combined with an improper urine pH. SIZES AVAILABLE : 370g

O produto chegou muito dentro do prazo e sem problemas. O problema foi contactar a Miscota para tentar fazer a devolução. Houve um erro de diagnóstico do meu cão (ao qual a Miscota é alheio). Vi nas condições que é possível a devolução. Tentei EM VÃO contactar a Miscota Portugal e Espanha via site (formulário de contacto), telefone e facebook. O formulário de contacto não aceita o número do meu pedido como válido e por isso não me deixa fazer qualquer contacto. O meu número de pedido tem a forma MIS-número. No formulário é aparentemente esperada a forma MIS-ES-número ou MIS-PT-número (sim, tentei nos dois sites). O número de telefone de espanha fornecido remete para o formulário. O facebook (de Espanha e de Portugal) dá sempre a mesma resposta automática que mais uma vez remete para o tal formulário que não aceita o número de pedido. Portanto: devolver é teoricamente possível, mas na prática é impossível pois ninguém nos ouve do lado da Miscota.
